摘要:
目的:观察分析透刺经筋法对周围性面瘫患者血清SOD、NO水平及免疫功能的影响。方法:运用随机数字表法将88例周围性面瘫急性期分为两组,对照组44例给予甲钴胺、维生素B1片和醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组44例在对照组的基础上予以透刺经筋法治疗,比较两组治疗前后面部残疾指数(FDI)量表、面神经功能(H-B)量表、面瘫(Portmann)评分量表、血清SOD、NO、IgM、IgG、IgA水平的变化。结果:观察组的临床疗效(93.18%)高于对照组(77.27%)(P<0.05); 治疗前两组FDIP、FDIS、Portmann、H-B评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FDIP和Portmann升高、FDIS和H-B降低(P<0.05),观察组变化程度大于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗前两组血清水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组IgM、IgG、IgA水平均降低,SOD和NO水平均升高(P<0.05),观察组水平改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透刺经筋法可以调节患者机体的免疫功能,减轻炎症,改善面部血液循环,修复表情肌张力,有良好的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of meridian and muscular penetration on serum SOD,NO and immune function of peripheral facial paralysis patients.Methods:A total of 88 patients with acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 44 cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,vitamin B1 tablets and prednisone acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated with meridian and muscular penetration on the basis of the control group.The changes of facial disability index(FDI)scale,facial nerve function(H-B)scale,facial paralysis(Portmann)score scale,serum SOD,NO,IgM,IgG and IgA levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of observation group(93.18%)was higher than that of control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in FDIP,FDIS,Portmann and H-B scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FDIP and Portmann were increased and FDIS and H-B were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the change degree in the observation group was greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum levels of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the two groups were decreased,while the levels of SOD and NO were increased(P<0.05).The level of improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The meridian and muscular penetration can regulate the immune function of patients,reduce inflammation,improve facial blood circulation,repair facial muscle tension,and has a good curative effect.
