摘要:
介绍王永宏教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致排卵障碍性不孕的经验。王永宏教授认为PCOS所致排卵障碍性不孕多由虚、痰、湿所致,其人脾肾素虚,水湿内停难化,聚而成痰,阻滞冲任、胞宫,不通不畅,受盛无源。故本病之病机关键全在肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴之中断,卵泡难以成熟,不能摄精种子,治疗应以“通轴助卵”为重,以“排卵”为目的。王永宏教授针对导致胞脉闭阻的病因,善用自拟女更康方激巢助卵,强调分时而治,非经期与二陈汤共用使痰湿得化; 经期加用紫河车,益气养血活血、温补肾精,并嘱患者改善生活方式,以达到促排助孕之目的。于临床应用多年,疗效颇丰,后附典型医案以验证。
Abstract:
Professor WANG Yonghong's experience in treating ovulatory disorders due to polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is presented.Professor WANG Yonghong believes that infertility due to PCOS is mostly caused by deficiency,phlegm and dampness,and that deficiency in the spleen and kidneys makes it difficult to transform water and dampness,which accumulates into phlegm and blocks Chong and Ren channel and uterus.Therefore,the key to the pathogenesis of this disease lies in the interruption of the Kidney-Tiangui-Chongren-Uterus axis,which makes it difficult for the follicles to mature and unable to take in the sperm seeds.The treatment should be focused on “opening the axis to help ovulation”,with the aim of “ovulation”.Professor WANG has used his own formula Nvgeng Kangfang to stimulate the ovary and promote ovulation,emphasizing the treatment at different times.During the non-menstrual period,he uses Erchentang to dissolve phlegm and dampness; during the menstrual period,he adds human placenta to benefit Qi,nourish blood,invigorate blood,warm the kidney essence,and instructs the patient to improve her lifestyle to promote ovulation and promote pregnancy.It has been used in clinical practice for many years with great efficacy.A typical medical case is attached to verify this.
