摘要:
目的:探讨稳心降脂活血汤联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对冠心病并发高血脂患者内皮功能的影响。方法:以120例冠心病合并高血脂患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为联合组和常规组,每组60例,联合组给予稳心降脂活血汤联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,常规组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、血脂指标、内皮功能指标、心功能和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,联合组中医证候积分低于常规组,治疗总有效率高于常规组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平低于常规组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于常规组(均P<0.05); 联合组内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于常规组,一氧化氮(NO)水平高于常规组(均P<0.05); 联合组心排血量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)水平高于常规组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:稳心降脂活血汤联合瑞舒伐他汀钙可有效改善冠心病合并高血脂患者临床症状,可有效调节血脂,改善内皮功能及心功能,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin calcium combined with Wenxin Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction on endothelial function of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipemia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia were divided into combined group and conventional group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with Wenxin Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction combined with rosuvastatin calcium,while the conventional group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid index,endothelial function index,cardiac function and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in combined group were lower than those in conventional group,and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than those in conventional group(all P<0.05).The level of endothelin-1(ET-1)in combined group was lower than that in conventional group,and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in conventional group(all P<0.05).The levels of cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac index(CI)in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the level of left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Wenxin Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction combined with rosuvastatin calcium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia,effectively regulate blood lipid,improve endothelial function and cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical application.
