摘要:
目的:探讨养心益气通脉汤治疗冠心病合并快速型心律失常的疗效。方法:将112例冠心病合并快速型心律失常患者随机分为对照组(56例)和研究组(56例)。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予养心益气通脉汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能、心电图、血液流变学、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组中医证候积分、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、Q-T间期、P-R间期、心率、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、高切全血黏度、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组中医证候积分、LVESD、LVEF、LVEDD、Q-T间期、P-R间期、心率、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、高切全血黏度、纤维蛋白原均较治疗前改善,与对照组比较,研究组以上指标改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养心益气通脉汤可改善冠心病合并快速型心律失常患者心功能,疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yangxin Yiqi Tongmai decoction on the patients with coronary heart disease and tachyarrhythmia.Methods:112 patients with coronary heart disease and tachyarrhythmia were divided into the control group(56 cases)and the study group(56 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the research group was treated with Yangxin Yiqi Tongmai decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.TCM syndrome score,cardiac function,electrocardiogram,hemorheology and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptom score,left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),Q-T interval,P-R interval,heart rate,low whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,LVESD,LVEF,LVEDD,Q-T interval,P-R interval,heart rate,low-cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen in both groups were improved compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,the above indicators were improved more significantly in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Yiqi Tongmai decoction can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia,and the effect is significant.
