摘要:
目的:研究甘草泻心汤合化肝煎加减联合氨来呫诺治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的应用价值。方法:将82例ROU患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。两组均给予氨来呫诺口腔贴片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用甘草泻心汤合化肝煎加减口服,两组疗程均为7 d。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群分布和炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的70.73%(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组中医证候主症积分、次症积分和总积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显升高,两组CD8+水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤合化肝煎加减联合氨来呫诺治疗ROU可有效改善T淋巴细胞亚群分布,减轻机体炎症反应,有利于促进溃疡愈合,提高治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the application value of modified Gancao Xiexin decoction with Huagan decoction combined with amlexanox in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods:A total of 82 patients with ROU were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with amlexanox oral patch,while the observation group was supplemented with Gancao Xiexin decoction and Huagan decoction.The treatment course of both groups lasted for 7 d.Efficacy,TCM syndrome score,T lymphocyte subsets distribution and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.73%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary syndrome,secondary syndrome and total syndrome in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased in both groups,while CD8+ was significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were higher than those in control group,the level of CD8+ was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of serum IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the expression levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gancao Xiexin decoction with Huagan decoction combined with amlexanox in the treatment of ROU can effectively improve the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets,relieve the body' s inflammatory response,help promote the ulcer healing,and improve the therapeutic effect.
