摘要:
目的:观察消疣汤联合西药在宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗中的疗效及对机体免疫的影响。方法:选取100例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规西药治疗组)和观察组(消疣汤联合西药治疗组),每组各50例。比较两组治疗后不同时间的总有效率、治疗前后的症状体征积分、阴道灌洗液及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+及CD8+)。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗前两组的症状体征积分、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后观察组的症状体征积分、阴道灌洗液及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消疣汤联合西药在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的疗效较好,且对机体免疫有积极的影响作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of Xiaoyou decoction combined with western medicine in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and influence for body immune.Methods:100 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment group)and observation group(Xiaoyou decoction combined with western medicine treatment group)with 50 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.Then the total effective rates at different time after the treatment,symptoms and signs score,vaginal lavage fluid and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of observation group at sixth month after the treatment were significantly higher than those in control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the symptoms and signs score,vaginal lavage fluid and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the symptoms and signs score,vaginal lavage fluid and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of observation group at sixth month after the treatment were significantly better than those in control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoyou decoction combined with western medicine in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is better,and its influence for body immune are active.
