摘要:
目的:探讨温针灸联合透药疗法在薄型子宫内膜(TE)治疗中的临床价值。方法:106例TE肾虚证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各53例,对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片加阴道用雌二醇片,治疗组在对照组基础上给予温针灸联合透药疗法治疗。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜容受性、血液流变学、转化日性激素指标和妊娠结局。结果:治疗组子宫内膜厚度及形态均优于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后两组血流搏动指数(PI)、血流阻力指数(RI)、血浆黏度均低于治疗前(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数高于治疗前(P<0.05); 治疗组PI、RI、血浆黏度低于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗组移植周期所占比例、临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合透药疗法可改善薄型子宫内膜患者的内膜容受性和冻融胚胎移植的妊娠结局。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling combined with drug penetration therapy on patients with thin endometrium.Methods:106 infertile patients with thin endometrium were randomized into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated by oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets and vaginal administration of femoston; while the treatment group was additionally given warm needling combined with drug penetration therapy.The endometrium receptivity index,hemorheology index,level of sex hormone and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the endometrium thickness was significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the percentage of type A endometrium increased after treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial blood flow PI,RI and blood viscosity in the two group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the erythrocyte deformability index were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,tahe endometrial blood flow PI,RI and blood viscosity in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the erythrocyte deformability index in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of embryo transfer cycles,the clinical pregnancy rate and the embryo implantation rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm needling combined with drug penetration therapy can improve the endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome in freezing and thawing cycles of patients with thin endometrium.
