摘要:
四君子汤作为传统经典中医方剂之一,为益气健脾之基础剂,近年来被广泛应用于临床疾病的治疗。中医学强调“脾主肌肉”,脾运健旺,则肌肉得以生长,创面则趋于修复。四君子汤有健脾胃、益正气的作用,现代药理研究显示其具有调节胃肠功能、增强机体免疫、抗菌消炎、促进细胞增殖及抗衰老等效能,凸显出四君子汤在创伤修复中应用的可行性。因此,本文通过查阅和学习四君子汤相关中英文文献,对四君子汤有效化学成分及促进创伤修复的效应机制进行梳理,总结了四君子汤在调节机体免疫、促进细胞及血管生成等方面的相关作用机制,旨在为其促进创伤愈合的研究及今后的临床运用提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Sijunzi decoction is one of the most popular traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,which is the basic agent for nourishing qi and strengthening the spleen.In recent years,it has been widely used in the treatment of clinical diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that “the spleen controls the muscles”.If the spleen is strong and vigorous,the muscles can grow and the wounds tend to be repaired.Sijunzi decoction has the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach and benefiting the righteousness.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has the effects of regulating gastrointestinal function,enhancing immunity,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,promoting cell proliferation and anti-aging,which highlights the feasibility of Sijunzi decoction in wound repair.Therefore,by studying the relevant Chinese and English literatures of Sijunzi decoction,this paper reviews and sorts out the effective chemical components of Sijunzi decoction and the effect mechanism of promoting wound repair.The relevant mechanism of Sijunzi decoction in regulating immunity,promoting cell and angiogenesis was summarized,aiming to provide theoretical basis for its in-depth research on promoting wound healing and its further clinical application in the future.
