摘要:
目的:探讨活血袪瘀消癥方加减联合米非司酮对异位妊娠患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)的影响。方法:选择93例异位妊娠患者,应用前瞻性研究方法随机分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予米非司酮规范治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予活血袪瘀消癥方加减。比较两组临床疗效、β-HCG、E2、P、症状改善时间及住院时间。比较两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.62%,优于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清β-HCG、E2、P水平低于对照组(均P<0.01)。观察组包块消失时间、阴道停止流血时间、血清β-HCG转阴时间及住院时间均较对照组短(均P<0.01)。结论:活血袪瘀消癥方可提高异位妊娠的治疗效果,改善激素水平,缩短症状改善时间和住院时间,安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxue Quyu Xiaozheng recipe combined with mifepristone on serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)levels in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Ninety-three patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group(n=47)and control group(n=46)by prospective study.The control group was given mifepristone standard treatment,the experimental group was given Huoxue Quyu Xiaozheng recipe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,β-HCG,E2,P,symptom improvement time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.62%,which was better than 78.26% of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of β-HCG,E2 and P in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.01).The time of mass disappearance,vaginal bleeding cessation,serum β-HCG turning negative and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Huoxue Quyu Xiaozheng recipe can improve the treatment effect of ectopic pregnancy,improve hormone level,shorten the time of symptom improvement and hospital stay,with high safety.
