摘要:
阿尔茨海默病(AD)又称老年性痴呆,是临床较常见的慢性进行性中枢神经系统变性疾病之一,也是老年痴呆最常见的类型。AD的病因复杂,治疗药物匮乏,其发病机制与治疗靶点始终是国内外研究的热点问题。近年来,在中医药治疗AD的研究中,JAK2-STAT3信号通路已被多项研究证实与AD的进展密切相关。研究发现多种中药复方与中药有效成分可作用于此信号通路,通过调控Aβ的异常表达、Tau蛋白过磷酸化、神经细胞炎症反应等方面减轻和改善AD患者临床症状。现对近年来国内外中医药调控JAK2-STAT3信号通路在阿尔茨海默病的作用机制及有关治疗进行综述,以期为中医药深入治疗AD提供研究靶点和参考思路。
Abstract:
Alzheimer's disease(AD),also known as senile dementia,is one of the most common chronic progressive central nervous system degenerations and the most common type of dementia in old age.The etiology of AD is complex and the treatment drugs are scarce.The pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of AD have always been a hot issue in domestic and foreign research.In recent years,the JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway has been confirmed to be closely related to the progress of AD by many studies in the treatment of AD with traditional Chinese medicine.Studies have found that a variety of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and effective components of traditional Chinese medicine can act on this signaling pathway,by regulating the abnormal expression of Aβ,Tau protein hyperphosphorylation,nerve cell inflammation,and other aspects to reduce and improve the clinical symptoms of AD patients.This paper reviews the mechanism and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine regulating the JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway in Alzheimer's disease in recent years,in order to provide research targets and reference ideas for the in-depth treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine.
