摘要:
目的:研究定风止痉散治疗小儿抽动症的疗效、安全性及对患儿微量元素水平的影响。方法:选取100例小儿抽动症患儿纳入研究,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组口服氟哌啶醇片与盐酸苯海索片,观察组在对照组基础上加用定风止痉散,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组疗效、不良反应、美国耶鲁抽动症整体严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、微量元素[铁(Fe)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)]水平。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组YGTSS量表各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Pb水平低于对照组,且Fe、Zn水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:定风止痉散治疗小儿抽动症疗效较好,可有效改善抽动症患儿症状及微量元素水平。
Abstract:
Objective:Study on efficacy and safety of Dingfeng Zhijing powder in children with tourette syndrome and its effect on trace element levels.Methods:100 children with tourette syndrome were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with haloperidol tablets and benhexol hydrochloride tablets.The observation group were treated with Dingfeng Zhijing powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Before and after treatment,comparison was made on curative effect,adverse reactions,YGTSS score,trace elements[Ferritin(Fe),plumbum(Pb),zinc(Zn)]between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of YGTSS scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,statistical significance difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of Pb in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of Fe and Zn higher than those in the control group,statistical significance difference(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dingfeng Zhijing powder has definite curative effect on tourette syndrome,which can effectively improve the symptoms of tourette syndrome and the level of trace elements.
