摘要:
目的:探究关节肿痛散联合针刺对急性痛风性关节炎患者临床疗效及对滑膜功能、关节功能的影响。方法:选取90例急性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组、观察组各45例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组给予关节肿痛散联合针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后关节肿胀、关节疼痛、滑膜功能、关节功能、运动功能、中医证候评分、血清因子、氧化应激反应指标情况以及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组关节肿胀评分、VAS评分、中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组UA、ESR、CRP、8-OHdG、3-NT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组关节功能、滑膜厚度评分均低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节肿痛散联合针刺治疗,能够减轻急性痛风性关节炎中医证候严重程度,减轻关节疼痛、肿胀,降低滑膜厚度,改善滑膜、关节、运动功能,减轻患者尿酸含量、炎症反应,增强抗氧化能力,治疗效果较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of Guanjie Zhongtong San combined with acupuncture on patients with acute gouty arthritis and its influence on synovial function and joint function.Methods:90 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with acupuncture,while the observation group treated with Guanjie Zhongtong San combined with acupuncture.The joint swelling,joint pain,synovial function,joint function,motor function,TCM syndrome scores,serum factors and oxidative stress response indexes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the joint swelling score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of UA,ESR,CRP,8-OHdG and 3-NT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The joint function and synovial thickness scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guanjie Zhongtong San combined with acupuncture can reduce severity of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of acute gouty arthritis,and reduce joint pain and swelling,synovial thickness,improve synovial,joint and motor function,reduce uric acid content and inflammatory reaction,enhance antioxidant capacity.Its treatment effect is better.
