摘要:
介绍和总结刘丽芳教授治疗乳腺增生病经验。刘丽芳教授认为乳腺增生随月经变化的周期性疼痛症状极其具有中医时间医学特色,认为经前经后乳腺增生病机虚实不同,经前以肝郁气滞,痰凝血瘀为主,是实; 经后为肝肾不足,冲任失调,是虚。据此使用月经周期疗法并创立乳癖经前方、乳癖经后方随证治之,以期为本病的中医证治提供新的治疗思路和方法。并附临床验案一则,以飨同道。
Abstract:
This paper introduces and summarizes of Professor LIU Lifang's experience in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.Professor LIU Lifang believes that the periodic pain symptoms of breast hyperplasia with menstrual changes have the characteristics of the theory of chronomedicine in traditional Chinese medicine.She believes that the pathogenesis of breast hyperplasia is different from deficiency and excess before and after menstruation.Before menstruation,it is mainly liver depression and qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis,which is excess.And after menstruation,liver and kidney are insufficiency,Chong and Ren are imbalanced,and it is deficiency.Based on this,the menstrual cycle therapyis used and the front ofthe breast meridian and the rear side of the breast meridian are established.According to the diagnosis and treatment,we use menstrual cycle therpy and establish the syndrome treatment of mastophilia in front and behind,in order to provide new treatment ideas and methods for the TCM syndrome treatment of this disease.One clinicalcase was enumerated for the same purpose.
