摘要:
目的:观察内热针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效及红外热成像的应用效果。方法:选取60 例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组采用温针治疗,研究组采用内热针治疗,比较两组治疗效果; 同时在治疗前、治疗14 d后进行红外热成像检查,观察并记录病变区域温度。结果:治疗后研究组患者的VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分、血清P物质(SP)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平、病变区域温度较对照组低(P<0.05); 治疗后研究组患者的JOA评分、治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:与温针治疗相比,内热针治疗能够进一步减轻腰背肌筋膜炎患者的疼痛程度,增强腰背肌筋膜炎患者的腰椎功能和治疗效果,降低腰背肌筋膜炎患者的炎症水平和红外热成像的病变区域温度,改善腰背肌筋膜炎患者的心境状态,且采用红外热成像观察病变区域温度变化情况,有利于准确评估患者病情改善情况。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe and study the therapeutic effect of internal heat acupuncture compared with warm acupuncture in the treatment of low back myofasciitis and the application effect of infrared thermography.Methods:60 patients with myofasciitis of the lumbar back were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases each according to the random number table.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture,and the study group was treated with internal heat acupuncture.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared; At the same time,infrared thermography was performed before and 14 days after treatment to observe and record the temperature of the lesion area.Results:VAS score,SAS,SDS score,serum substance P(SP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and temperature of lesion area were lower than those in control group(P<0.05); After treatment,the JOA score and total effective rate of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with warm needle therapy,internal heat needle therapy can further reduce the pain degree of patients with low back myofascitis,enhance the lumbar function and treatment effect of patients with low back myofascitis,reduce the inflammation level of patients with low back myofascitis and the temperature of the lesion area of infrared thermal imaging,improve the mood of patients with low back myofascitis,and observe the temperature change of the lesion area with infrared thermal imaging,It is helpful to accurately evaluate the improvement of patients's condition.
