摘要:
顽固性梅核气病程日久,病机复杂,现代医学仅能对症处理,效果难以持久。名中医殷克敬认为梅核气的发病不外乎情志因素和体质因素两个方面,病机为痰气搏结阻于咽喉,气血阴阳运行受累,其发病主要与手太阴肺经、足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经络脉的经气受制密切相关,脏腑涉及肝、脾、肾、肺、胃。顽固性梅核气的病机主要在肝郁脾虚,络脉瘀阻,邪气缠绵,病灶深入,病程久远,所以在治疗上殷老师主张针药结合,对相关经脉进行严密仔细的经络诊察,针刺摒弃“局部治疗”运用经络别通的方法,催气运针,补泻兼施,远达病所; 中药特用藤类药以及淫羊藿搜利经络邪气并配合腊梅花、凌霄花、石菖蒲等开窍解郁之品,痰气并治,阴阳共调,虚实兼顾,共奏行气降逆、化痰散结之效。
Abstract:
Modern medicine can only treat the symptoms,but the effect is not sustainable.YIN Kejing believes that the pathogenesis of plum poxglove is based on both emotional and physical factors,and that the pathogenesis is due to phlegm and qi being blocked in the throat.Therefore,Professor YIN advocates a combination of acupuncture and medicine,close and careful meridian diagnosis of the relevant meridians,acupuncture without “local treatment”,and the use of meridians to facilitate the movement of acupuncture needles,and the use of both tonics and diarrhoea to reach the disease.The Chinese herbal medicine uses vine medicine and Yinyanghuo to search for the evil qi in the meridians and is combined with the products such as Lappa flower,Lingxiaohua and Shichangpu to open the orifices and relieve the depression,treating both phlegm and qi,regulating both yin and yang,and taking into account both deficiency and reality,to achieve the effect of moving qi and lowering rebellion,resolving phlegm and dispersing knots.
