摘要:
银屑病是皮肤科常见病之一,以临证为契机,基于《黄帝内经》“心部于表”理论,探析“心”与银屑病的关系。病机方面,心主神明功能失常,可致神失内守,统率失常而发病,且心神失常可贯穿整个病程; 心主血脉功能失常,心血不足,无力推动血运,可致血瘀而发病; 心为阳脏,火邪炎上太过可致血热而发病; 心阳不足,气化无力,体表失于濡润可致血燥而发病。治疗方面,心主血脉可化生心阳、滋养心神、充养皮肤,治疗总以四物汤为底方,分治以清热之凉血四物汤、祛瘀之桃红四物汤、滋阴之当归饮子,以期为临床诊治提供新的思路。
Abstract:
soriasis is one of the common diseases in dermatology.Taking clinical symptoms as an opportunity,based on the theory of the heart is on the surface in the Huangdi Neijing,the pathogenesis of psoriasis caused by the absence of the heart is analyzed.In terms of pathogenesis:the dysfunction of the heart governing the gods can cause the spirit to lose its inner guard,the disorder of command and control,and the onset of the disease,and the disorder of the mind can run through the entire course of the disease.The dysfunction of the heart governing the blood vessels,insufficiency of heart blood,inability to promote blood circulation,can cause blood stasis and the onset of the disease.The heart is a yang viscera,and too much fire and inflammation can lead to blood heat and the disease; deficiency of heart yang,inability to transform qi,and loss of moisturizing the body surface can lead to blood dryness and the disease.In terms of treatment:the blood vessels that govern the heart can be transformed into heart yang,nourish the mind,and nourish the skin.Based on Siwu decoction,according to the development of the disease,use Liangxue Siwu decoction to clear the heat and cool the blood,Taohong Siwu decoction activate blood to dispel stasis,Danggui Yinzi decoction nourish blood and moisturize.In order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
