摘要:
过敏性紫癜是一种常见的出血性疾病,中医学称之为“紫癜风病”。孙凤认为本病辨证要点为辨病性,早期以实证为主,后期以虚证为主; 辨脏腑,脏腑辨证首要当辨肺、肝、脾、肾功能失调; 辨分期分为急性期、迁延期、恢复期。提出分期与辨证相结合的治疗思路,急性期以风热、血热灼伤血络为要; 迁延期以湿热留恋、伤及气阴为患; 恢复期以脾、肾二脏亏虚为主。并结合临床实践,对其病情反复发作的特点,以及难以缓解的腹型过敏性紫癜和紫癜性肾炎,针对性提出清利湿热、理气活血、祛除痰浊的治法; 早期预防、及时治疗和治愈后持续监测共同防治紫癜性肾炎。孙凤基于以上思想治疗过敏性紫癜临床效果显著,为中医药防治本病扩宽了思路。
Abstract:
Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a common hemorrhagic disease,which is called “purpura” in traditional Chinese medicine.Sun Feng believes that the dialectical key point of the disease is disease differentiation,which is mainly based on excess differentiation in the early stage and deficiency syndrome in the later stage; differentiation of viscera,viscera syndrome differentiation should first distinguish the dysfunction of lung,liver,spleen and kidney,and the differentiation stage can be divided into acute stage,migration delay and recovery stage.The treatment idea of the combination of stages and dialectics is put forward.Wind-heat and blood-heat burn blood collaterals are the most important in the acute stage,damp-heat nostalgia,injury qi and yin are the main diseases in the acute stage,and spleen and kidney deficiency is the main deficiency in the recovery stage.Combined with clinical practice,according to the characteristics of repeated attacks of abdominal henoch-schonlein purpura and henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis,it is pointed out that clearing damp-heat,regulating qi and activating blood circulation and removing phlegm are the main treatments of abdominal henoch-schonlein purpura; early prevention,timely treatment of nephropathy and continuous monitoring after cure to prevent and treat henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis.Sun Feng based on the above thought treatment of allergic purpura clinical effect is significant,for the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of this disease widened ideas.
