摘要:
腹膜透析(PD)作为肾脏替代治疗的主要方法之一,被越来越多的终末期肾病患者所接受。肾性贫血作为慢性肾脏病主要并发症之一,PD后更为常见。中医药治疗肾性贫血疗效确切,现通过检索中医药治疗PD肾性贫血的文献,进行系统评价,总结目前中医药治疗PD肾性贫血的各种机制,结合西医治疗肾性贫血进展,为中医药治疗PD肾性贫血提供新策略。
Abstract:
As one of the main methods of renal replacement therapy,PD has been accepted by more and more patients with ESRD.Renal anemia,one of the main complications of CKD,is more common after PD.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of renal anemia,by searching the literature on the treatment of PD renal anemia with traditional Chinese medicine,this paper conducted a systematic review,summarized the various mechanisms of the treatment of PD renal anemia with traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the progress of western medicine in the treatment of renal anemia,and provided a new strategy for the treatment of PD renal anemia with traditional Chinese medicine.
