摘要:
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是慢性神经退行性疾病,其发病机制复杂且未完全阐明,亟待进一步探索新的治疗靶点。阿尔茨海默病的病理机制极为复杂,涉及的信号通路繁多,主要与炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡等过程有关,同时肠道菌群紊乱影响AD患者海马区Aβ清除功能促进该病的发生发展。目前,西医治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展较缓慢,且其临床应用效果仍不理想。中医治疗该病具有悠久的历史,具有疗效确切、不良反应少的特点。因此,现以肠道菌群失调激活/抑制AD相关信号通路为出发点,总结中药单体、中药复方或针灸在治疗AD中所涉及的BDNF/TrkB、C/EBPβ/AEP、HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB、Wnt/β-catenin、TMA/FMO3/TMAO信号通路。旨在探讨中医药治疗AD的优势,为探寻AD防治的新策略拓展思路。
Abstract:
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a chronic neurodegenerative diseases.Its pathogenesis is complex and have not been fully elucidated,to further explore the new treatment targets.The pathogenesis of AD is very complex,involving various signaling pathways,and inflammation,oxidative stress and cell apoptosis process related,and intestinal flora disorder affects the hippocampus in patients with AD Aβ removal function is aggravating the development of the disease.At present western medicine treatment of AD research progress is slow,and its clinical application effect is still not ideal.Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease has a long history,has a definite effect,the characteristics of less side effects.Therefore,based on the intestinal dysbacteriosis activation or inhibition AD related signaling pathway as a starting point,summarizes the Chinese medicine monomer,involved in the compound Chinese medicine or acupuncture in the treatment of AD of BDNF/TrkB,C/EBPβ/AEP,HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB,Wnt/β-catenin,TMA/FMO3/TMAO signaling pathways.Aims to show the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AD,to explore AD prevention and control of a new strategy to expand new ideas.
