摘要:
克罗恩病肛瘘是临床难治的肛肠疾病之一。谷云飞教授认为可根据其特殊的肛周病变,结合内镜等检查早期诊断。中医健脾益气结合西医生物制剂控制克罗恩病后,应用微创手术(如侧移黏膜瓣术、LIFT手术、保留括约肌松弛挂线术)治疗肛瘘,对患者损伤小,肛门功能保护好。同时,术后结合补托法促进创面愈合。谷云飞教授将内治法与外治法结合治疗克罗恩病肛瘘,临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
The anal fistula of Crohn's disease is one of the clinically intractable anorectal diseases.Professor Gu Yunfei believed that the early diagnosis could be made based on its special perianal lesions, combined with endoscopic examination and other examinations.After treating Crohn's disease with the combination of TCM invigorating spleen and supplementing qi and Western medicine biologics,minimally invasive procedure,such as lateral mucosal advancement flap, LIFT operation and sphincter-retaining and loose-seton therapy, could be applied to treat anal fistula,which would cause less damage to patients and protect anal function.The post-operative combination with supplementary support was used to promote wound healing.Professor Gu Yunfei treated the anal fistula of Crohn's disease with combination of internal and external treatment, and the clinical efficacy was significant.
