摘要:
目的:探究逍遥散联合耳穴贴压对经前期综合征患者中医证候、月经情况及血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平的影响。方法:选取120例肝郁型经前期综合征患者,按就诊顺序抽签随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用逍遥散治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用耳穴贴压法治疗,比较两组患者临床效果、中医证候积分、月经情况、血清NE、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、肾上腺素(E)水平及焦虑程度。结果:治疗后,研究组和对照组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组和对照组患者月经评分较治疗前降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清NE、5-HT、E水平及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散联合耳穴贴压对经前期综合征患者的治疗效果较好,能够显著改善患者中医证候、焦虑情绪、月经情况,降低血清NE、5-HT、E的水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the impacts of Xiaoyao powder combined with ear acupoint application on TCM syndrome,menstrual status and serum NE level in patients with premenstrual syndrome.Methods:The study subjects selected 120 patients with premenstrual syndrome of liver depression type were randomly grouped into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group(n=60)was treated with Xiaoyao powder,and the study group(n=60)was treated with ear acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,menstrual status,serum norepinephrine(NE),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Epinephrine(E)levels and anxiety level of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the research group and control group decreased compared to before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual score of patients in the study group and control group decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum NE,5-HT,and E levels in the study group and control group decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores of patients in the study group and control group decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 96.67%,higher than 83.33% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao powder combined with ear acupoint application has a good therapeutic effect on patients with premenstrual syndrome,which can obviously improve the TCM symptoms,anxiety,menstrual status,and reduce the levels of serum NE,5-HT and E.
