摘要:
随社会经济发展及人们生活方式的改变,肥胖2型糖尿病患者日益增加。李惠林教授认为肥胖2型糖尿病,可属中医“消渴、消瘅”等范畴,指出三焦为水火、气机之通路,痰、湿、瘀等邪气伏匿三焦,影响三焦功能,致水液代谢障碍,诸身气机不利,亦使伏邪更甚,病邪郁久化热伤阴所致肥胖2型糖尿病的发生。故李教授守正创新,主张治疗上应从三焦伏邪的角度出发,以通调三焦,重在祛邪为主要原则,立论“汗、消、下”祛邪三法,随证治之。李教授临床上常联合应用,如“抵当汤合黄连温胆汤”加减化裁,消、下并用,疗效颇佳。文章总结了李惠林教授从三焦伏邪论治肥胖2型糖尿病的经验,以飨同道。
Abstract:
With socioeconomic development and lifestyle changes,obese patients with type 2 diabetes are increasing.Professor Li Huilin believes that obese type 2 diabetes can belong to the category of “diabetes and eliminating phlegm” in TCM,pointing out that the triple energizer is the pathway of water fire and qi,phlegm,dampness,blood stasis and other evil spirits hide the triple energizer,affecting the function of the triple energizer,causing water metabolism disorders,various body qi disadvantage,but also make the evil more,pathogenic stagnation heat injury yin caused by obese type 2 diabetes.Therefore,professor Li innovated and advocated that the treatment should start from the perspective of triple energizer volvulus evil,in order to regulate triple energizer,focusing on eliminating evil as the main principle,based on the three methods of “sweating,eliminating,and purgation”,with the syndrome treatment.Professor Li is often used in combination in clinical practice,such as “Didang decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction” plus or minus cut,eliminate and purgation use,the effect is quite good.This article summarizes professor Li Huilin's experience in treating obese type 2 diabetes from triple energizer latent qi.
