摘要:
目的:探讨治神调髓法针刺治疗脑卒中后单侧空间忽略临床疗效。方法:选取70例脑卒中后USN患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用常规体针治疗,观察组采用治神调髓法针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后的Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评分量表(FMA)凯瑟林波哥量表(CBS)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、USN症状评分(8项检测法),对比两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗4周后、治疗8周后的FMA、MBI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),CBS、USN症状评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组治疗8周后的FMA、MBI评分均高于治疗4周后(P<0.05),CBS、USN症状评分均低于治疗4周后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组治疗4周后、治疗8周后的FMA、MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),CBS、USN症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗4周后观察组、对照组总有效率分别为77.14%和54.29%,治疗8周后观察组、对照组总有效率分别为85.71%和62.86%,治疗4周后、治疗8周后观察组总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规体针,治神调髓法治疗脑卒中后USN能提高患侧肢体的运动功能、日常生活能力,改善患者对单侧空间忽略程度。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate efficacy of Zhishen Tiaosui acupuncture on unilateral spatial neglect(USN)after stroke.Methods:70 patients with post-stroke USN were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group treated with Zhishen Tiaosui acupuncture.Fugl-Meyer limb function score scale(FMA),catherine borgo scale(CBS),modified barthel index(MBI)and USN symptom score(8-item test method)before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after the end of treatment were compared between the two groups,and clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The FMA and MBI scores of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after the end of treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),The CBS and USN symptom scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The FMA and MBI scores of the two groups at 8 weeks after the end of treatment were higher than those at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and the CBS and USN symptom scores were lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The FMA and MBI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after the end of treatment(P<0.05),and the CBS and USN symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 77.14% and 54.29%,respectively,and the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 85.71% and 62.86% at 8 weeks after the end of treatment,respectively.After 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional acupuncture,the Zhishen Tiaosui acupuncture on the USN after stroke can improve the motor function and daily living ability of the affected limb,and improve the degree of unilateral spatial neglect of the patient.
