摘要:
支气管哮喘是一种常见和多发的慢性呼吸道炎性疾病。随着哮喘发病机制和细胞信号转导的深入研究,PI3K/Akt信号通路在哮喘发生发展的重要作用日益受到重视,与哮喘气道炎症、气道重塑、细胞自噬等密切相关。中医药治疗哮喘的经验丰富,临床疗效较好。近年研究表明,中医药治疗哮喘的作用机制可能与PI3K/Akt信号通路有关,中药单体、中药复方、中医外治法等可以通过调控PI3K/Akt信号通路减轻气道炎症、抗气道重塑及抑制自噬,从而有效改善哮喘症状,发挥防治作用。系统综述了PI3K/Akt信号通路的结构组成、与哮喘的关系、中医药干预PI3K/Akt信号通路的研究进展,以期为哮喘的临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Bronchial asthma is a common and frequent chronic respiratory inflammatory disease.With the in-depth research on the pathogenesis of asthma and cell signal transduction,the important role of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of asthma is increasingly being valued,closely related to asthma airway inflammation,airway remodeling and cell autophagy.TCM has rich experience in treating asthma and its clinical effect has been recognized.Recent studies have shown that the mechanism of TCM in treating asthma may be related to PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.TCM monomers,herbal formulas and external treatment methods can alleviate airway inflammation,resist airway remodeling,and inhibit autophagy by regulating the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,thereby effectively improving asthma symptoms,exerting preventive and therapeutic effects.This article systematically reviews the structure and composition of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,its relationship with asthma,and the research progress of TCM intervention in PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,in order to provide reference for the scientific research and treatment of asthma.
