摘要:
尽管临床实践中严重心血管不良事件的发生率较以往明显减少,但是心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤后遗症仍然是临床难题和研究热点。引起心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的机制较多,目前已知的机制包括炎性细胞浸润、氧化应激损伤、血管内皮细胞缺氧坏死以及细胞凋亡等。作为在临床上已经广泛使用,且具有代表性中成药物,血必净注射液已经被证实可通过多靶点作用治疗心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤,也一直是临床药物治疗学的研究热点。现拟结合近年来国内外研究报道,对血必净在心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤中的研究进展情况进行综述。
