摘要:
“和法”作为中医学中的治疗大法,最早源于《中庸》“致中和”思想,指通过平调寒热、补泻互用等多种治疗手法,以使机体脏腑气血、阴阳、寒热达到“以平为期”的生理状态。其核心思想为“和其不和也”,对现代临床具有重要指导意义。慢性胃炎包含萎缩性和非萎缩性两种,是临床上常见的慢性消化系统疾病,其病机复杂多样,单用西药治疗较为单一。崔向宁老师在临床中对于此病的治疗颇有研究,且疗效显著,认为“诸病不已,必寻道脾胃之中”。治疗上善以“和法”理论为指导,以调和气机贯穿始终,运用平调寒热、补泻兼施、辛开苦降等多种治疗方法,并结合现代病理与药理,自拟和胃消痞方,临床应用效如桴鼓。现就崔向宁老师对于此病的治疗心得和用药特点进行总结与探讨,以期为今后临床辨证治疗此病提供经验总结与理论参考。
Abstract:
As a therapeutic method in Chinese medicine,the “Harmony” first originated from the idea of “To Neutralize and Harmonize” in “The Doctrine of the Mean”,referring to the use of a variety of therapeutic techniques through the leveling of toning down cold and heat,tonic and diarrhea,in order to make the body internal organs,qi and blood,yin and yang,cold and heat to achieve a physiological state of “peace and quiet”.Its core idea is “to harmonize with its disharmony”,which is of great significance to modern clinical practice.Chronic gastritis,including atrophic and non-atrophic,is a common chronic digestive disease in clinical practice,and its pathogenesis is complex and varied,which is more singularly treated by western medicine alone.Prof.Cui Xiangning has researched the treatment of this disease in the clinic,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable,and she believes that “if all diseases do not stop,we must find the way to the spleen and stomach”.She is good at taking the theory of “Harmony” as a guide in the treatment,harmonizing the qi throughout the whole process,applying a variety of therapeutic methods such as regulating cold and heat,tonifying and diarrhoeing,and opening and lowering the bitterness,etc.,and combining with the modern pathology and pharmacology,she has developed her own formula “Hewei Xiaopi”,which has been clinically effective as a rafter.This article summarizes and discusses Professor Cui Xiangning's therapeutic insights and medication characteristics of this disease,in order to provide empirical summaries and theoretical references for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
