摘要:
脑鸣的发病率逐年增高,西医将其归为耳鸣的一种,发病机制尚不明确,治疗亦从耳鸣出发,但收效甚微,而中医近年来在脑鸣的治疗上疗效较为显著。现将有关脑鸣的中西医发病机制,西医治疗方法如物理治疗、声学治疗、心理治疗、药物治疗等,中医药治疗、针灸治疗、特色疗法等中医治疗方法进行归纳总结,拟从中西医认识和治疗角度探讨其治疗存在的优势、不足及共点。经梳理相关文献发现,西医治疗中以认知行为疗法疗效较为突出,中医治疗注重形神并调,二者具有共通之处,即西医的“意识”与中医的“神志”,而情绪又是二者的生理表现,不良情绪的恶性循环会对脑鸣产生一定影响。因此,关注此点并围绕其完善相关中西医诊治体系,以期为临床脑鸣的治疗及研究方向提供参考。
Abstract:
The incidence of intracranial tinnitus is increasing year by year.Western medicine classifies it as a kind of tinnitus,the pathogenesis of which is still unclear,and the treatment is also based on tinnitus,but with little effect,whereas Chinese medicine has been more effective in the treatment of tinnitus in recent years.Therefore,this paper summarizes the pathogenesis of intracranial tinnitus in traditional Chinese and western medicine,such as physical therapy,acoustic therapy,psychotherapy,drug therapy and other western medicine treatment methods,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment,special therapy and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods.And it intends to discuss the advantages,shortcomings and common points of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment from the current understanding and treatment perspective.After a comprehensive review of the literature,we found that cognitive behavioral therapy is more effective in western medicine,while Chinese medicine focuses on the combination of physical and psychological treatment.The similarity between these two methods is that “consciousness” in western medicine corresponds to “mind” in Chinese medicine.Emotion is the physiological manifestation of these two aspects,and to a certain extent,a vicious cycle of negative emotions can have an impact on intracranial tinnitus.Therefore,we can pay attention to this point and improve the relevant diagnosis and treatment system of traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide reference for the treatment and research direction of intracranial tinnitus.
