摘要:
目的:探讨辛温开窍方治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)临床效果。方法:选取80例ACI患者,随机数字表法分成对照组、观察组,各40例,分别接受阿托伐他汀及辛温开窍方联合阿托伐他汀治疗。治疗14 d后观察治疗效果及对患者神经功能、脑血灌注量、炎症反应的影响,并分析不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组临床总有效率为97.50%高于对照组82.50%,两组中医证候积分、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分、神经元特异烯醇化酶、中枢神经特异蛋白S100β、白介素-18、白介素-1β均下降,脑血流量、血容量均上升,而观察组治疗前后变化幅度较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:辛温开窍方联合阿托伐他汀对ACI治疗效果较好,能有效改善患者神经功能,增加脑血灌注量,降低炎症反应。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of Xinwen Kaiqiao prescription in treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:Eighty patients with ACI were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with atorvastatin,while the observation group were treated with Xinwen Kaiqiao prescription combined with atorvastatin.14 days later,therapeutic effects,neurological function,cerebral blood perfusion and inflammatory response were observed,and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 97.50% higher than 82.50% in the control group.TCM syndrome scores,NIHSS,and levels of neuron specific enolase,S100β,interleukin-18 and interleukin-1β in both groups decreased,cerebral blood volume and cerebral blood flow increased.The changes of above-mentioned indices were greater in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group during treatment.Conclusion:The combined treatment of Xinwen Kaiqiao prescription and atorvastatin is significantly effective for ACI,which can effectively improve neurological function,increase cerebral blood perfusion and reduce inflammatory response.
