摘要:
目的:分析桑叶钩藤汤联合通督调神手法对儿童抽动障碍患儿免疫功能、神经功能的影响。方法:选取85例儿童抽动障碍患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组40例,研究组45例,对照组采用通督调神手法治疗,研究组采用桑叶钩藤汤结合通督调神手法治疗,检测两组患儿免疫功能、神经功能、耶鲁抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组发声抽动、运动抽动、功能受损程度评分、中医证候积分降低,免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平、运动、感觉评分升高,且研究组发声抽动、运动抽动、功能受损程度评分、中医证候积分低于对照组,IgG、IgA、IgM水平、运动、感觉评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组临床疗效较高(P<0.05)。结论:采用桑叶钩藤汤与通督调神手法相结合治疗,可提高儿童抽动障碍患儿免疫功能、神经功能,促使患儿恢复,改善患儿临床症状,使用效果较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the effects of Sangye Gouteng decoction combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation on immune function and neurological function of children with TIC disorder.Methods:85 children with tic disorder were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and a study group of 45 cases.The control group was treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation,while the study group was treated with Sangye Gouteng decoction combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation.The immune function,neurological function,Yale Tourette Severity Scale(YGTSS)score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the scores of vocal tics,motor tics,degree of functional impairment,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased in both groups,while the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),motor and sensory scores increased.In addition,the scores of vocal tics,motor tics,degree of functional impairment,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with IgG,IgA,and IgM levels,exercise,and the sensory score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sangye Gouteng decoction and Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation can improve the immune function and neurological function of children with TIC disorder,promote their recovery and reduce their clinical symptoms,and the use effect is good.
