摘要:
男性不育症是中医学的优势病种之一,中医药在改善男性生殖功能方面具有独特优势。然随着自然环境及人们生活习惯的改变,男性不育症的病因病机趋于复杂化及多样化,目前单一的辨证论治模式已无法满足临床的需求,因此亟需探索一种新的中医辨治模式。李海松教授经过长期的临床实践,以及结合现代医学相关研究,针对男性不育症形成了“五辨”的诊治模式,即辨病论治、辨证论治、辨精论治、辨体论治、无症可辨。以辨证论治为核心,辨病论治为前提,重视辨精论治,同时兼顾体质因素,而无症可辨者从肾虚血瘀论治,在以上多种辨治方法的协同下,能够有效提高男性不育症的整体临床疗效。
Abstract:
Male infertility is one of the advantageous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,which has unique advantages in improving male reproductive function.However,with the changes in natural environment and people's living habits,the etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility have become more complex and diverse.Currently,a single diagnosis and treatment model can no longer meet clinical needs.Therefore,it is urgent to explore a new traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment model.Professor LI Haisong has developed a “five differentiation” diagnosis and treatment model for male infertility through long-term clinical practice and modern medical research,which includes disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,essence differentiation,body differentiation,and asymptomatic differentiation.Taking syndrome differentiation and treatment as the core,disease differentiation and treatment as the premise,emphasizing the differentiation of essence and treatment,while taking into account physical factors,and treating asymptomatic cases from the perspective of kidney deficiency and blood stasis can effectively improve the overall clinical efficacy of male infertility through the coordination of multiple diagnosis and treatment methods.
