摘要:
干眼是临床常见的一种慢性眼表疾病。近年来其发病率不断上升,从不同程度影响患者视力以及生活质量。在感染、用眼习惯、环境温湿度等因素影响下,其发病机制复杂,主要涉及炎症反应、细胞凋亡、激素分泌、神经调节等。目前,临床多针对干眼的症状进行治疗,效果并不理想。针灸作为中医学的精髓,具有起效快、疗效持久、不良反应少等优势,已逐渐受到临床的重视。因此,本文对针灸治疗干眼的作用机制及其在临床中的应用进行综述,以期为临床防治干眼提供更为科学、可靠的参考依据。
Abstract:
Dry eye is a common chronic ocular surface disease.In recent years,its incidence has been increasing,affecting patients' vision and quality of life to varying degrees.Under the influence of infection,eye habits,environmental temperature and humidity and other factors,its pathogenesis is complex,mainly involving inflammation,apoptosis,hormone secretion,nervous regulation,etc.The current treatment of dry eyes is still based on symptomatic treatment,but the effect is not satisfactory.As the quintessence of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion has the advantages of quick and long-lasting effect,little adverse reaction,and has gradually received clinical attention.Therefore,this article reviews the mechanism of acupuncture and and moxibustion on dry eye and its clinical application,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of dry eye.In order to provide a more scientific and reliable references for clinical prevention and treatment of dry eye.
