摘要:
产后缺乳是产妇乳汁分泌不足之病症,其病机关键在于乳汁无源以化和乳络壅滞不通两个方面。国医大师郭诚杰认为乳汁为冲任气血所化,根于先天肾气,为后天脾胃生化之气血所充养,赖于肝的疏泄。在临床中本病有虚、有实,更多见于虚实夹杂之证,治当首辨虚实,以气血为要,提出“疏、通、调、补”为法,以脾、胃、心、肝、肾诸脏腑为主调治,通过补脾胃、养心血、疏肝郁、益肾气,使气血调和、乳络通畅,最终达到乳汁多浓的效果。
Abstract:
Postpartum milk deficiency is a condition of insufficient milk secretion in parturients,and its key pathogenesis lies in two aspects:passive milk production and blocked milk meridians.Chinese medical master Guo Chengjie believed that milk is transformed by the qi and blood of chongren,rooted in the innate kidney qi,and fed by the qi and blood of the acquired spleen and stomach biochemistry,relying on the liver's laxity.In clinical practice,this disease has both deficiency and excess,and is more commonly seen in the combination of deficiency and excess.Treatment should first distinguish between deficiency and excess,with qi and blood as the main focus.The method of “dredging,unblocking,regulating,and supplementing” is proposed,with the spleen,stomach,heart,liver,and kidney as the main organs for regulation.By tonifying the spleen and stomach,nourishing heart and blood,soothing liver depression,nourishing kidney qi,harmonizing qi and blood,promoting smooth milk circulation,and ultimately achieving the effect of thick milk.
