摘要:
双心疾病以心血管疾病与心理疾病并发为特点。慢性应激状态下的神经递质异常是双心疾病重要发病机制之一。中医药强调“形神合治”,在双心疾病治疗中被证明疗效显著,安全可靠。中药复方、针刺以及中医外治疗法可通过影响5-羟色胺、儿茶酚胺类、神经肽Y以及部分氨基酸类神经递质水平,发挥调节自主神经功能、降低炎症水平、抑制血小板活性、改善应激状态等作用。现对中医药调控神经递质治疗双心疾病的相关研究进行系统总结,以期为后续深入研究提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Psycho-cardiological disease is characterized by the comorbidity of cardiovascular and psychological disorders.Neurotransmitter abnormality under chronic stress is one of the important pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emphasizes “treatment combined form and spirit”,which has been proven effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease.Clinical and basic research have shown that Chinese herbal compound,acupuncture and external treatment of TCM can regulate autonomic nervous function,reduce inflammation,inhibit platelet activity,improve stress state by affecting the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,catecholamines,neuropeptide Y and some amino acid neurotransmitters.Therefore,this paper systematically summarizes the research on the modulation of neurotransmitters by TCM in the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent in-depth research in the future.
