摘要:
半夏作为我国传统的大宗药材,具备祛湿化痰、降逆止呕以及消痞散结的功效。半夏富含生物碱、凝集素、多糖和有机酸等多种活性成分,多糖作为半夏的主要活性成分,有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎及免疫调节等多种药理活性。从半夏多糖的分离提取、结构表征、药理活性角度出发,系统综述半夏多糖的研究现状,以期为未来半夏多糖广泛应用于各个领域提供理论基础。
Abstract:
Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.,as a traditional bulk medicinal material in China,has the effect of removing dampness and eliminating phlegm,reducing nausea and eliminating qi stagnation,blood stasis and lumps.Pinellia ternata is rich in alkaloids,lectins,polysaccharides and organic acids.Polysaccharide,as one of the main active ingredients of Pinellia pinellia,has many biological activities such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory.In this paper,the research status of Pinellia ternata polysaccharides was systematically reviewed from the perspectives of isolation,extraction,structure analysis and biological activity,in order to provide theoretical basis for its wide application in various fields in the future.
