摘要:
慢性荨麻疹(CU)为临床常见的难治性皮肤病,肥大细胞活化和脱颗粒进程异常激活是CU核心发病机制之一,而针刺能够通过多靶点、多途径调动人体免疫系统,分别通过PIP2/IP3/DAG、MAPK、NF-κB、PI3K/PDK1/AKT、JAK/STAT等信号通路抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒进程治疗慢性荨麻疹,临床疗效确切,笔者通过查阅近五年关于慢性荨麻疹相关信号通路的研究,基于肥大细胞脱颗粒总结并分析针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹的相关机制,以期从分子调控、信号通路的视角为针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹提供佐证及治疗策略选择。
Abstract:
Chronic urticaria is a common refractory skin disease in clinical practice,and mast cell activation and abnormal activation of the degranulation process are one of the core pathogenesis of CU.Acupuncture can mobilize the human immune system through multiple targets and pathways,and inhibit the mast cell degranulation process through PIP2/IP3/DAG,MAPK,NF-κB,PI3K/PDK1/AKT,JAK/STAT and other signaling pathways in the treatment of chronic urticaria,with clinical efficacy.By reviewing the research on chronic urticaria related signaling pathways in the past five years,this author summarized and analyzed the relevant mechanisms of mast cell degranulation acupuncture in the treatment of chronic urticaria,in order to provide evidence and treatment strategy options for acupuncture in the treatment of chronic urticaria from the perspective of molecular regulation and signaling pathways.
