摘要:
高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染可造成癌前病变、宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变等疾病,是目前妇科常见疾病之一。西医治疗HR-HPV感染效果有一定局限性。王国华教授临证发现HR-HPV感染多与“虚、毒、瘀”互结有关,认为虚实错杂是其病机本质。紧扣“虚”为HR-HPV感染之发病基础,“毒”为HR-HPV感染之致病关键,“瘀”为HR-HPV感染之病情转枢,认为“虚、瘀、毒”贯穿HR-HPV感染发病始终,自拟益气解毒化瘀汤加减以扶正祛邪,巧用经验对药,灵活加减,治疗同时注重形神同调,身心合治,疗效显著。
Abstract:
HighCrisk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)continuous infection can cause precancerous lesions,cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and other diseases,is one of the common gynecological diseases.The effect of Western medicine on HR-HPV infection has certain limitations.Professor WANG Guohua found that HR-HPV infection was mostly related to “deficiency,toxin and stasis”,and believed that the pathogenesis of HR-HPV was complicated with deficiency and accumulation.“Deficiency” is the basis of HR-HPV infection,“poison” is the key to the pathogenesis of HR-HPV infection,and “blood stasis” is the turning point of HR-HPV infection.It is believed that “deficiency,stasis and poison” run through the onset of HR-HPV infection.Yiqi Jiedu Huayu decoction should be added or decreased to fuzheng and dispelling evil,and the treatment should pay attention to the coherence of form and spirit at the same time.The combined treatment of body and mind has remarkable curative effect.
