摘要:
动物药在胃癌防治中具有稳定抑瘤、靶点特异、降低耐药和综合调节的独特优势,在临床中被广泛应用。基于中医理论,结合动物药的攻利特性和功能主治,将其用于胃癌证治研究,能发挥以毒攻毒、搜剔入络、软坚散结、攻痰逐瘀等特长,效专力宏,非草木之品可比。近年来动物药治疗胃癌的研究不断开展,本文对其理论机制进行分析探讨,为临床上灵活应用抗胃癌动物药和挖掘其药用潜力提供参考。
Abstract:
Animal drugs have the unique advantages of stable tumor inhibition,target specificity,drug resistance reduction and comprehensive regulation in gastric cancer prevention and treatment,and are widely used in clinical practice.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the characteristics and functional indications of animal drugs,it can be used in the study of gastric cancer treatment.It can play the advantages of fighting poison,searching and picking into collaterals,soft and hard clearing,attacking phlegm and removing blood stasis.The effect of specialization is magnificent,which is not comparable to that of herbal medicines.In recent years,the research on the treatment of gastric cancer with animal drugs has been progressing continuously.This paper analyzed and discussed its theoretical mechanism,providing reference for the flexible application of anti-gastric cancer animal drugs in clinical practice and exploring its medicinal potential.
