摘要:
炎症性肠病包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病,是临床常见的疑难病,中医药干预为该病的治疗提供了安全有效的思路。何永恒老师基于“暴注下迫,皆属于热”理论,结合多年临床实践,从热论治,认为湿热、肝热、热毒是炎症性肠病的主要病机。提出内外兼治的治疗方法,内治以清湿热、退肝热、解热毒为主要治法,外治则用具有清热解毒、凉血消痈功效的药物灌肠,直达病所,加强疗效。基于此,何老师运用白芍七物颗粒口服配合祛毒汤灌肠治疗该病,疗效确切。本文系统阐述何永恒老师从热论治炎症性肠病的临床经验,以期为该病的中医治疗提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Inflammatory bowel disease,including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease,is a common and difficult clinical disease.Intervention with traditional Chinese medicine provides a safe and effective way of thinking for the treatment of this disease.Based on the theory of “sudden and forceful diarrhea and tenesmus are all attributed to heat”,Professor HE Yongheng,combined with many years of clinical practice,treats inflammatory bowel disease from the perspective of heat.He believes that damp-heat,liver heat,and heat toxin are the main pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.He proposes a treatment method of internal and external treatment.For internal treatment,clearing damp-heat,reducing liver heat,and resolving heat toxin are the main treatment methods.For external treatment,drugs with the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and resolving carbuncles are used for enema to directly reach the affected area and enhance the curative effect.Based on this,Professor HE uses Baishao Qiwu granules for oral administration combined with Qudu decoction for enema to treat this disease,with definite curative effect.This article systematically expounds Professor HE Yongheng's clinical experience in treating inflammatory bowel disease from the perspective of heat,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
