摘要:
胃癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,以高侵袭性和高异质性为特点。其发病机制复杂,涉及多种信号通路活化。NF-κB信号通路异常激活,是胃癌发生发展的根本原因之一。大量研究证明,中医药治疗胃癌具有疗效显著、安全性高、不良反应少等独特优势,其多靶点、多途径、多效应调控NF-κB信号通路抑制胃癌已逐渐成为当前研究热点。然而,针对中医药干预NF-κB信号通路调控胃癌尚无系统阐述。现通过归纳并总结近年来中药单体及复方通过参与胃癌细胞的增殖、凋亡、转移、炎症反应、血管生成和细胞自噬等过程调控NF-κB通路干预胃癌的研究,旨在为临床防治胃癌提供新的指导和借鉴。目前,中医药干预NF-κB信号通路治疗胃癌具有广阔的探索前景,但如何将基础研究成果转化成科学的临床研究仍需深入探究。
Abstract:
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies of the digestive tract and is characterized by high aggressiveness and heterogeneity.Its pathogenesis is complex and involves the activation of multiple signaling pathways,and abnormal activation of the nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)pathway is one of the underlying causes of gastric cancer development.A large number of previous studies have demonstrated that Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer has the unique advantages of significant therapeutic efficacy,high safety and few side effects,and its multi-target,multi-pathway and multi-effect regulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway to inhibit gastric cancer has gradually become a hotspot of current research.However,there is no systematic description of Chinese medicine intervention in the NF-κB pathway to regulate gastric cancer.We summarized the studies on the intervention of NF-κB pathway in gastric cancer by Chinese herbal monomers and prescriptions in recent years,which are involved in the processes of gastric cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,inflammation,angiogenesis and autophagy,with the aim of providing new guidance and reference for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer in clinical practice.At present,the intervention of Chinese medicine in the NF-κB pathway for the treatment of gastric cancer has a broad exploration prospect,but how to translate the basic research results into scientific clinical research still needs to be explored in depth.
