摘要:
目的:探讨IgA肾病(IgAN)患者出生及发病时的运气禀赋规律。方法:以222例IgAN患者为研究对象,用卡方拟合优度检验分析患者的运气分布规律。结果:男性患IgAN的风险更大; IgAN患者以19～44岁分布人数最多; 从出生时运气来看:五运中天干戊年、岁火太过之年IgAN罹患率较高; 六气中地支辰年、太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉、客气为厥阴风木时IgAN罹患率较高; 运气相和要素中顺化之年IgAN罹患率较高。从发病时运气来看:五运中主运为少羽、客运为少徵时IgAN发病率较高; 六气中主气太阳寒水、客气厥阴风木、厥阴风木加临太阳寒水时IgAN发病率较高; 运气相和要素中天刑之年IgAN发病率较高。结论:出生时禀赋为天干戊年、岁火太过、地支辰年、太阳司天、太阴在泉、客气厥阴风木,顺化之年易发生IgAN。发病时禀赋为客运少羽、主气太阳寒水、客气厥阴风木、厥阴风木加临太阳寒水,天刑之年易发生IgAN。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the Wu Yun and Six Qi endowment pattern of IgA nephropathy(IgAN)patients at the time of birth and onset of disease.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-two patients with IgAN were studied,and the distribution pattern of Wu Yun and Six Qi of the patients was analyzed by chi-square fit goodness-of-fit test.Results:The risk of IgAN was higher in males; the number of IgAN patients was highest in the age group of 19-44 years old; From the viewpoint of luck at the time of birth,the incidence of IgAN was higher in the year of the Tiangan Wunian in the FiveYun and in the year when the Suihuo Taiguo; in the year of the Dizhi Chen in the Six Qi,when the Taiyang Hanshui Sitian,Jueyin Fengmu Zaiquan,and when the Jueyin Fengmu of the Keqi; and in the year of the Shunhua in the Yun and Harmony Element,the incidence of IgAN was higher.From the viewpoint of luck at the time of onset:the incidence of IgAN was higher when the Zhuyun of the Five Yun was Shaoyu and the Keyun was Shaozheng; the incidence of IgAN was higher when the Zhuqi of the Six Qi was Taiyang Hanshui,the Keqi of Jueyin Fengmu and the Jueyin Fengmu Jialin Taiyang Hanshui; and the incidence of IgAN was higher when the Yun were harmonized with the elements of the Tianxing Year.Conclusion:The endowment of birth was Tiangan wu nian,the year of Suihuo Taiguo,the year of Dizhi chen nian,Taiyang Sitian,Taiyin Zaiquan,and the Keqi of Jueyin Fengmu,the year of shun hua was prone to IgAN.The endowment of onset of disease was Keyun Shaoyu,the Zhuqii of Taiyang Hanshui,the Keqi of Jueyin Fengmu,and the Jueyin Fengmu Jialin Taiyang Hanshui,the year of Tianxing Year was prone to IgAN.
