摘要:
阳明为水谷气血之海,濡养周身脏腑与经络。若病在阳明,气血化生不足,津液输布失常,使机体产生气、痰、瘀、热等病理因素,进而导致多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发生发展。“二阳之病发心脾”与肠-脑轴具有潜在联系,阳明脏腑与肠道菌群功能相似。此外,冲脉隶属阳明,阳明作为多气多血之经,亦通过肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴参与PCOS的发生发展。故基于“二阳之病发心脾”理论,结合中医学及现代医学的认识,分别从病机分析、现代研究、临床应用等角度阐述了PCOS发病机制,将阳明与神经系统、消化系统、生殖系统联系起来,贯穿PCOS疾病始终,为从阳明论治PCOS提供了客观依据,有助于深入研究阳明对PCOS发病机制的影响。
Abstract:
Yangming is the sea of Qi and blood from water and grain,nourishing the viscera and meridians throughout the body.If the disease manifests in the Yangming meridian,leading to insufficient transformation of qi and blood,and abnormal transportation of body fluids,pathological factors such as qi stagnation,phlegm,blood stasis,and heat may arise within the body,subsequently contributing to the occurrence and progression of PCOS.“the disease of the Er Yang involve the heart and spleen” has a potential connection with the gut-brain axis,as the internal organs associated with the Yangming meridian exhibit functional similarities to intestinal flora.Additionally,the Chong Mai(Pulse Channel)is affiliated with the Yangming meridian,which being a meridian abundant in qi and blood,also participates in the occurrence and progression of PCOS through the Kidney-Tian-Gui-Chongren-Uterus axis.Based on the theory of “the disease of the Er Yang involve the heart and spleen” and integrating insights from traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,this paper elucidates the pathogenesis of PCOS from multiple angles,including disease mechanism analysis,modern research,and clinical application.By connecting the Yangming meridian with the nervous,digestive,and reproductive systems throughout the course of PCOS,it provides an objective basis for treating PCOS from the perspective of the Yangming meridian.This approach facilitates a deeper understanding of the influence of the Yangming meridian on the pathogenesis of PCOS.
