摘要:
强直性脊柱炎(AS)是以骶髂关节和脊柱关节受累的慢性炎症性疾病。信号通路的异常活化不仅能导致炎症反应加剧、骨代谢紊乱和异位骨化。Janus酪氨酸激酶(JAK)/转录激活因子(STAT)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、转化生长因子β(TGFβ)/骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)、TOLL样受体4(TLR4)/ NOD样受体3(NLR3)、Hippo、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)等信号通路在AS的进展中发挥关键调控作用。西医临床治疗的主要手段为免疫抑制剂疗法,不良反应较多,价格高昂,患者负担较重。中医药干预AS,具有多靶点、多途径、多机制、疗效较好、不良反应少等优势。中药单体及复方作用于AS多个靶点,调节与疾病相关信号通路,抑制炎症反应、氧化应激、骨破坏等病理过程,减轻自身免疫反应,延缓疾病进展。
