摘要:
目的：观察头排针联合八髎灸法治疗中风后排尿障碍的疗效。方法：选取83例中风后排尿障碍患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（行常规留置导尿治疗，42例）和试验组（在常规留置导尿治疗的基础上行头排针联合八髎灸法，41例）。比较两组的临床疗效、排尿频率、尿流动力学[最大尿流速（Qmax）、膀胱残余尿量（RUV）、最大膀胱容积（MCC）]和生存质量水平。结果：治疗1个月后，试验组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组排尿频率等级优于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组Qmax、MCC高于对照组，RUV低于对照组（均P<0.05）；试验组生存质量水平高于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论：头排针联合八髎灸法治疗中风后排尿障碍疗效显著，可调节尿动力学水平，改善膀胱功能，从而提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:Observation of the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with Baliao moxibustion on urinary disorder after stroke.Methods:83 patients with urinary disorders after stroke were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into a control group (receiving routine indwelling catheterization treatment,42 cases) and an experimental group (receiving head acupuncture combined with Baliao moxibustion on the basis of routine indwelling catheterization treatment,41 cases).The clinical efficacy,urination frequency,urodynamics [maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax),residual urine volume of the bladder (RUV),maximum bladder volume (MCC)] and quality of life levels of the two groups were compared.Results:After one month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The urinary frequency level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The Qmax and MCC of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the RUV was lower than that of the control group (all P<0.05).The quality of life level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of scalp acupuncture and Baliao moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on post-stroke urinary disorder,which can regulate the level of urodynamics and improve the bladder function of patients,thereby providing a better quality of life for patients.
