摘要:
多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄女性常见的内分泌代谢疾病，主要表现为雄激素过多、卵巢功能障碍及代谢紊乱，严重影响女性生殖健康。杜惠兰教授根据多年临床经验，将PCOS的病机归纳为肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调，冲任二脉气血瘀阻，强调在治疗上应通补并重，标本兼治。以补肾为先，活血化瘀贯穿始终，兼顾健脾化湿、疏肝理气，体现了中医辨证论治的精髓。杜教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效显著，值得学习效法。
Abstract:
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine and metabolic disease in women of childbearing age,which is mainly manifested as excessive androgen,ovarian dysfunction and metabolic disorder,which seriously affects women’s reproductive health.According to many years of clinical experience,Professor DU Huilan summarized the pathogenesis of PCOS as dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney,and qi and blood stasis in the two pulses of Chong and Ren,emphasizing that the treatment should pay equal attention to unblock and nourish and treat both symptoms and root causes.Tonifying the kidney first,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout,taking into account strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,soothing the liver and regulating qi,embodies the essence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Professor DU’s clinical efficacy in treating polycystic ovary syndrome is remarkable,and it is worth learning and emulating.
