摘要:
目的：观察息风止动方联合高频重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）治疗小儿抽动症（TS）的疗效。方法：选取小儿TS患者100例，以随机数字表法进行分组，均接受常规心理治疗及行为指导，对照组使用高频rTMS治疗，联合组在其基础上使用息风止动方治疗，均以连续治疗4周为1个疗程，比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、炎症指标\[白介素6（IL-6）与肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）\]、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）评分、儿童生活质量量表（PedsQL）评分、疗效及不良反应。结果：联合组治疗后总有效率96.00%，明显高于对照组的82.00%（P＜0.05）；联合组治疗后中医症候积分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；联合组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；联合组治疗后YGTSS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），PedsQL评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：息风止动方联合高频rTMS治疗小儿TS可有效改善患儿中医症候，降低炎症程度，提高患儿生活质量，且安全性好。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xifeng Zhidong formula combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in treating children with Tourette syndrome (TS).Methods:One hundred children with TS were selected and grouped using a random number table.All children received conventional psychotherapy and behavioral guidance.The control group was additionally treated with high-frequency rTMS,while the combination group was additionally treated with Xifeng Zhidong formula based on the control group’s treatment.Both groups underwent continuous treatment for 4 weeks as one course.The two groups were compared on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,inflammatory indicators \[interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)\],Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) scores and Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL) scores before and after treatment,efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results:The combination group reported a total effective rate of 96.00% after treatment,notably higher than that reported by the control group (82.00%) (P<0.05).The combination group had notably lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores than the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the combination group exhibited notably lower levels of IL-6 and TNF-α after treatment (P<0.05).The combination group got notably lower YGTSS scores and notably higher PedsQL scores after treatment (P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions did not differ notably between the groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying Xifeng Zhidong formula combined with high-frequency rTMS to treat children with TS can effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,alleviate inflammation,and enhance the quality of life,with good safety.
