摘要:
肺癌作为影响现代社会和个人健康的公共卫生问题,其发展及转化与炎症的存在息息相关。中医理论认为,“正虚毒结”是肺癌发生发展的病机关键。“毒”的不断累加最终促进了“炎-癌”转化,并与肺癌的转移密切相关。多项研究表明,中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)与癌细胞存在相互影响,NETs增强炎性反应,加速炎-癌转化,据此我们提出“炎癌转化-NETs异常释放-肺癌转移”病因病机观点,为临床治疗提供新思路。
Abstract:
Lung cancer,as a public health issue affecting modern society and individual health,is closely associated with the presence of inflammation in its development and progression.According to traditional Chinese medicine theory,“deficiency of the body’s defensive energy and accumulation of toxins” is the key pathogenic mechanism underlying the occurrence and development of lung cancer.The continuous accumulation of toxins ultimately promotes the “inflammation-to-cancer” transformation and is closely related to lung cancer metastasis.Multiple studies have shown that neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) interact with cancer cells,with NETs enhancing inflammatory responses and accelerating the inflammation-to-cancer transformation.Based on this,we propose the “inflammation-to-cancer transformation-abnormal NET release-lung cancer metastasis” etiological and pathomechanical perspective,offering new insights for clinical treatment.
