摘要:
介绍杨国旺运用去兼除夹法治疗恶性肿瘤经验，强调在复杂的肿瘤病机中抓住主要矛盾，其代表方剂为炙甘草汤。恶性肿瘤的发生和发展虽与“虚”“瘀”“痰”“毒”密切相关，但其根本病机是“阴阳失和”。去兼除夹法的关键在于“抓住主证，谨守病机”，炙甘草汤气血双补，调和阴阳，与恶性肿瘤病机相契合，临床具有广泛的应用范围。杨教授创立“守病机-抓主证-调阴阳”的辨治思路，临床运用炙甘草汤治疗恶性肿瘤及其并发症，辨治时兼顾辨病用药，并师古之法，灵活加减。
Abstract:
This paper introduces YANG Guowang’s experience in treating malignant tumor by removing concurrent and accompanying pathogens,and emphasizes grasping the main contradiction in the complicated tumor pathogenesis.Its representative prescription is Zhigancao decoction.Although the occurrence and development of malignant tumor is closely related to deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm and poison,it is fundamentally a disharmony between Yin and Yang.The key to the method of removing concurrent and accompanying pathogens lies in “grasping the main symptoms and observing the pathogenesis”.The Zhigancao decoction of “supplementing Qi and blood，and harmonizing Yin and Yang” is consistent with the pathogenesis of malignant tumors and has a wide range of clinical applications.Professor YANG established the diagnosis and treatment idea of “identifying the cause,mechanism,and pathogenesis,grasping the main symptoms,and regulating Yin and Yang”.Clinically,he uses Zhigancao decoction to treat malignant tumors and their complications.When making a diagnosis and treatment,he takes into account the disease-specific medication,follows the ancient methods,and makes flexible modifications.
