摘要:
儿童激素性股骨头坏死(SONFH)属儿童骨科领域难治性疾病，其发病主要与长期或大剂量应用糖皮质激素（GCs）相关，易致股骨头塌陷、髋关节功能障碍，现代医学早期药物治疗效果有限且手术风险高，中医药在该病防治中具独特优势。本文基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论，结合儿童“稚阴稚阳”体质特点，剖析该病病理本质为GCs扰动下“阳化气”与“阴成形”平衡失衡，据此提出分阶段治疗方案，旨在为临床精准诊疗、改善患儿预后提供理论依据与实践指导。
Abstract:
Childhood steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH) is a challenging condition in pediatric orthopedics,primarily associated with prolonged or high-dose glucocorticoid (GCs) therapy.This disease often leads to femoral head collapse and hip joint dysfunction.While modern medical treatments show limited efficacy in early stages and carry high surgical risks,Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) demonstrates unique advantages in its prevention and management.Grounded in the TCM theory of “yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form” and considering children’s “immature Yin and Yang” constitution,this study analyzes the pathological mechanism as the gradual disruption of the “yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form” balance caused by GCs.Based on this understanding,we propose a staged treatment protocol to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for clinical precision diagnosis and improved patient outcomes.
