摘要:
支气管哮喘是儿童常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病之一。现代医学研究显示肠-肺轴在儿童哮喘发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,与中医经典理论“肺与大肠相表里”“肺肠同治”高度一致。中医药基于整体观和辨证论治,对于调控肠-肺轴具有独特的理论基础和实践经验。本文将基于肠-肺轴探讨儿童哮喘肺肠同治的科学内涵,为儿童哮喘的中西医结合防治提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Bronchial asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in children.Evidence from modern medicine indicates that the gut-lung axis plays a pivotal role in the occurrence and progression of asthma in children,which is highly consistent with the classic Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) tenets of “the lung and the gut are interrelated” and “treating the lung and the gut together”.Rooted in a holistic view and pattern differentiation and treatment,TCM offers a unique theoretical foundation and practical experience in modulating the gut-lung axis.This article explores the scientific essence of “treating the lung and the gut together” in pediatric asthma from the perspective of the gut-lung axis,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the integrated Chinese and western medicine prevention and treatment of pediatric asthma.
