摘要:
虫类药是传统中药的重要组成部分，长期应用于妇科疾病治疗，具有独特价值。本文对虫类药治疗妇科疾病的历史沿革进行梳理，并结合临床实践，整理了齐聪教授在妇科肿瘤、输卵管炎、多囊卵巢综合征、胎盘残留、妇科痛症以及不孕症等疾病中应用虫类药的用药经验。齐聪教授基于“肾虚血瘀”这一核心病机，将虫类药与补肾活血药配合使用，并根据不同疾病的具体表现进行相应调整。现代药理研究证实，水蛭、蛰虫等虫类药在抗纤维化、改善微循环、调节炎症因子等方面具有一定作用。综上，齐聪教授的相关经验为虫类药在妇科领域中的进一步应用提供了一定参考价值。
Abstract:
Insect-based medicines constitute an important component of traditional Chinese medicine and have long been applied in the treatment of gynecological disorders,where they are generally considered to have distinctive therapeutic value.This article reviews the historical development of the use of insect medicines in gynecology and,in conjunction with clinical practice,summarizes Professor QI Cong’s experience in applying these agents in the management of gynecological tumors,salpingitis,polycystic ovary syndrome,retained placenta,gynecological pain disorders,and infertility.Professor QI’s therapeutic approach is mainly based on the core pathogenesis of “kidney deficiency with blood stasis”, in which insect medicines are combined with kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbs,with adjustments made according to the specific manifestations of different conditions.Findings from modern pharmacological studies suggest that certain insect medicines,such as Hirudo (Shuizhi) and Eupolyphaga sinensis,may exert effects related to anti-fibrosis,improvement of microcirculation,and regulation of inflammatory factors.Taken together,Professor QI’s clinical experience may provide a useful reference for the further application of insect medicines in the field of gynecology.
